Service & Repair

 

Terwin have a dedicated service department to assess your damaged or faulty products, regardless of which make they may be.

 

If you have any products that require service; regardless of make, please forward the items carriage paid to our Bottesford address, marked for the attention of "The Service Department".  

 

  • You do not need an RMA number as we will produce a traceable report number once the goods arrive here.

 

  • When returning parts to us, please ensure that the goods are suitably packed to prevent damage in transit.

 

  • Please include some identification paperwork; including a contact name, telephone number and an e-mail address. This will enable us to contact you in a timely manner.  

 

  • If possible, also include a brief note explaining the problem(s) you have been experiencing.

 

  • If sending items from outside of Europe, you will need to create a shipping invoice for transit and customs purposes.  Please detail on your paperwork the following:-

 "Items being returned for service evaluation ONLY. Value each for Customs and Excise purposes ONLY: $10.00 / £10.00 / €10.00"  -  (choose the currency you deal in).

 

Please note: We will always attempt to repair all items returned where economically viable.
